Amy's Morning Breakfast Shake
1 cup of skim milk, lite soy milk, or nut milk of your choice

1 scoop of plain or vanilla protein powder

1/4 cup of uncooked old fashioned oats

1/3 cup of frozen blueberries

1/2 of a frozen banana

1 tbsp. Of peanut, or almond butter


Put all ingredients in a blender, and blend away! A complete breakfast in a glass!

ingredients you use in your shake.
